Nap time

Afternoon naps around our house take place around 2:30 every afternoon (except the days we are out shopping or playing with friends... then it is later or not at all). Having 2 kids in the same bedroom doesn't always work with naps, especially a 2 year old (3 in April) and a 10 month old. They think it is fun to laugh at each other and play instead of sleep. Some days they go right to sleep, but today they decided it was going to be a fun day and at 4:00 were still fooling around in the bedroom. At this time I decided they needed to be split up, so the oldest is moved into mommy and daddy's bedroom for his nap and little miss stays in her crib. Neither were happy and both cried for a short time, but within a few minutes, they were both asleep!! Yipee!! I can't wait until we are in our new house (which we were suppose to be in July 2007) and each child has their own room!
